Job summary

ADP is seeking a CPA District Manager to sell MAS products to CPA firms and prospects serving 50–150 employee companies. You will nurture CPA partnerships, drive channel opportunities, and help ADP reach market share goals through strategic plans and proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes relationship building, prospecting, and a strong understanding of the CPA landscape, with a base salary and performance-based incentives. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
  • 1-2+ years business experience including experience as a District Manager with a proven proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and continually achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Proven ability to assist management in assessing market competition required.
  • Must be able to effectively prospect and sell to companies with 50-150 pays.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture relationships with current referring CPA firms to strengthen and grow partnership.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective CPA partners and CPA firms who used to partner to increase channel opportunity.
  • Drive clear awareness of ADP's market share goals in partnering with the CPA community.
  • Develops a business plan with the Sales Manager/Director, Sales Executive, Area VP of Sales and Division VP of Sales detailing activities for the fiscal year to meet or exceed quota.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences and events that provide lead generation.
  • Maintain knowledge of CPA industry, competitive positioning and industry trends.
  • Work on improving product and professional skills via training and personal development.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities within their assignment.
  • Serve as a liaison between the new client and ADP support groups throughout the conversion cycle.
  • Attend and participate in weekly Roll Call meetings.

The CPA Centric District Manager sells MAS products to new prospects and current clients in the 50-150 employee Company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Proven ability to hunt cold opportunities and maintain large relationships.
  • Proven success in a partner selling environment.
  • Strong technical proficiency, research, opportunity qualification, and overcoming objection skills
  • Persistent and professional phone skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills
  • Strong time management with good organizational skills
  • SaaS experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred.
Education - Experience

Preferred Qualifications
  • Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience, preferably in HCM, Technology, Business Development, Uniform, or Software Sales
  • Proven success in consultative selling, B2B sales, and new business prospecting

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $50,100.00 - USD $99,800.00 / Year* *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
