Job Details

Commercial Lines account executive will work directly with agency clients to provide excellent service, comprehensive insurance offerings and thorough reviews of existing policies.

Responsibilities

• Independently service assigned book of business.
• Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to Commercial Sales Agents.
• Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines.
• Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured.
• Make and receive calls to insureds in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications

• Knowledge on all lines of business including General Liability, Workers Compensation, Commercial Auto, Commercial Property, etc.
• Accurately file and maintain client data and activities in the agency management system
• Collect all information needed for quotes
• Shop new and renewal business accounts through insurance market within agency timelines and deadlines
• Use our Superior variety of Carriers to multi-line up-sell current book of business.
• Market accounts to insurance carriers and/or provide required information to Commercial Sales Agents.
• Finalize and confirm all needed items and documents prior to reaching out to insured
• Make and receive calls to agency insureds in a professional and courteous manner
• Independent servicing of assigned book of business.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• 4-40 Insurance license / Customer Service
• P&C license
• High School Diploma
• 2+ Years in a professional office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Education And Experience

• 4 Year college degree
• Proficiency with Vertafore AMS360 a plus
