Job summary

You will be on the front lines, identifying and connecting with local organizations, explaining our charitable gaming products, and helping members engage with programs that support communities. This role focuses on 80% new business and 20% existing accounts, with base pay plus incentives, travel reimbursements, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) and profit sharing.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local organizations to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to boost revenue and member engagement within clubs.
• Conduct training programs to ensure compliant and transparent gaming operations at each organization.
• Establish trust with clients and strive to exceed expectations.
• Collaborate with organizations on reporting and gaming regulations compliance and performance analysis.
