This is a true hunter role that involves meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully acquiring new accounts with small businesses (1-9 employees). You will sell products, services, and solutions to gain new business through prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and generating leads and referrals. You will analyze customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services, tailoring customer recommendations to negotiate and close business.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 - $129,500, inclusive of target incentives. Base Pay Range: $43,020 - $77,700. The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in this role. The actual starting pay will vary within this range based on location, qualifications, and experience.
