Hibu is seeking dynamic Outside Sales Representatives to drive digital marketing solutions for small businesses in a hybrid work setting, combining home office and field activity. The role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a structured training program to accelerate growth.

First-year on-target earnings range from $90,000 to $110,000, with potential to grow in subsequent years as commissions accumulate.

• Grow your own book by helping small businesses succeed and earning residuals.
• Deliver virtual and in-person presentations and build strong client relationships.
