What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full sales lifecycle for auto finance products and serve as the primary contact for dealerships
- Promote Ally's auto finance products and services, including commercial banking offerings
- Collaborate with Consumer Underwriters and Account Executives to enhance dealer relationships
- Provide training and consultative services to assigned dealers with assistance from product specialists
- Assess and manage dealership performance and risk as a Dealership Performance Consultant

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales and/or the automotive industry
- Proven experience in a dealer-interfacing role within the auto finance sector preferred
- Strong foundation in business management, analytics, presentation, and relationship selling skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities and solve problems
