Green Thumb in Annapolis, MD is seeking an Account Executive to serve as the brand ambassador for our cannabis brands in Maryland. You will mine sales opportunities, build relationships with dispensaries, and promote our products to grow market share.
You are passionate about the industry and will educate and engage customers to increase brand awareness. This role requires driving within Maryland, strong planning, order-writing, and participation in merchandising activities to support sales
This position is based in Annapolis, Maryland. Territory includes the Eastern Shore. Possession of a valid driver's license and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) is required. Reliable transportation is required with the ability to travel 100% within your designated territory in Maryland.
The Account Executive is the ultimate brand ambassador for Green Thumb's brands andis responsible formining sales opportunities, building and setting up new relationships with our customers dispensaries, and promoting our products to ultimately generate sales and increase Green Thumb's market share in Maryland.
You are passionate about this growing industry and want to educate and engage our customers in meaningful ways to increase our brand awareness. Through maximizing sales, effective planning, and order-writing, as well as supporting and completing incidental activities such as merchandising, shelving, and pricing, the Account Executive acts as a sales expert to all the dispensary locations. The pay range is competitive and based on experience, qualifications, and/or location of the role. Positions may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
Green Thumb Pay Range
$60,000 - $85,000 USD
