Turbo Security is a technology value-added reseller (VAR) and cybersecurity consulting company helping organizations make faster, smarter technology decisions without sacrificing the due diligence required to get them right.
We combine decades of hands‑on IT, cybersecurity, security architecture, risk management, and enterprise technology sales experience with a carefully selected ecosystem of technology partners. Rather than simply selling products, we work alongside security and IT teams to understand their challenges, evaluate the market, validate solutions, and help implement technology that fits their actual requirements.
Our capabilities span areas including data security, cloud security, application security, email security, digital risk and brand protection, security operations, infrastructure, risk management, AI, and professional services. Our goal is simple: help organizations make better cybersecurity decisions and get the right technology in place sooner. This approach aligns with Turbo Security's broader focus on research, consulting, product discovery, cybersecurity architecture, strategic sourcing, and implementation.
Turbo Security is looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to develop new customer relationships and build a book of business across our cybersecurity portfolio.
This is a full‑cycle sales role responsible for developing opportunities from initial prospecting and discovery through technical evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and close. You'll work directly with customers, cybersecurity vendors, distributors, CISOs, security architects, engineers, and Turbo Security leadership to understand customer requirements and bring the right combination of technology and services to the table.
We're looking for someone who wants the autonomy and earning potential of building their own book of business while helping build a different kind of cybersecurity VAR.
We're offering a commission model designed to give our Account Executives a significantly larger share of the margin they generate compared with traditional VAR compensation structures. If you build customer relationships, create opportunities, and close profitable business, we believe you should participate meaningfully in the economics of what you build.
From the start, our AEs have access to experienced CISOs, cybersecurity practitioners, architects, and engineers who can join customer conversations, evaluate requirements, compare technologies, and provide technical credibility. You can focus on owning the customer relationship and sales process while bringing the right expertise into the conversation when needed.
We're building Nexus, a secure platform designed to give technology buyers a private environment to research cybersecurity solutions, compare capabilities and architectures, learn from peers, and engage with vendors while maintaining control over when they reveal their identity. For our AEs, Nexus creates a differentiated way to engage buyers earlier in their research and evaluation process instead of operating like another traditional reseller competing for attention.
We're developing a new approach to cybersecurity Proofs of Value using self‑service sandbox environments, synthetic enterprise telemetry, and realistic threat scenarios. The goal is to reduce the weeks of setup and engineering resources traditionally required for POCs and help customers validate technology faster. For our AEs, this means shifting the conversation from "here's what the product can do" to "let's prove it."
