Qualifications

  • 2+ Jahre Vertriebserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Verkauf von Kapitalanlagen an Krankenhäuser oder Labore.
  • Erfahrung in der Labordiagnostik ist von Vorteil.

Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager - Central PA

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, part of Danaher Corporation, is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our North American Commercial Organization. This remote role is based in Pennsylvania and involves 50-75% travel.

Role Overview: You will develop and maintain customer relationships across all levels, working with in-house experts to provide comprehensive solutions. Your focus will be on expanding footprint, retaining, and growing existing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Call on accounts within your territory, prioritizing active sales cycles to position Beckman Coulter solutions.
  2. Develop account plans, prepare and conduct business reviews, and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
  3. Collaborate with product and subject matter experts during the sales process.
  4. Manage contracts and pricing strategies for local IDNs and hospitals.
  5. Travel to customer sites, with overnight stays as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in science or business) and 2+ years of sales experience, preferably selling capital equipment to hospitals or labs.
  • Strong tactical sales skills: prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account growth, with laboratory diagnostics experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong management and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage account plans weekly, work diligently through sales cycles, and deliver effective business reviews.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, plus bonus/incentive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible remote work options. Additional details about remote arrangements will be provided during the interview process.
