The National Account Executive (AE) will drive commercial success in our Core business channel through revenue growth, market share gain, and strong margin performance while ensuring great customer experiences throughout the customer journey. The AE will develop and implement a comprehensive strategic growth plan for each customer aligned with FMA’s overall strategic growth plan, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and act as a customer and business advocate on behalf of the customer while leading initiatives that achieve positive outcomes.
The compensation range for this position is $99,800.00 – $149,600.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus plan.
