What You Will Need

  • 5+ years of inside SaaS sales experience
  • 1+ years experience within the healthcare industry
  • Experience prospecting, running demos, and closing deals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written business communication capabilities

What You Will Do

  • The Account Executive (AE) role is a key part ofRiviaHealth’s immediate and long-termgrowth plan.
  • Research and create target prospecting lists using tools such asZoom Info, Definitive Health,and LinkedIn.
  • Identify, develop, and engage key stakeholders at top healthcare organizations.
  • Outreach to prospects using a mix of calls, emails, and other communication mediums.
  • Create a great first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling message, and consistent follow-up.
  • Educate and develop prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Engagequalified leadsvia an organized and consistent outbound sales process.
  • Bookremote discovery and demo meetings with qualified leads.
  • Run discovery, demo, and return on investment calls with prospective customers.
  • Manage the process of closing a deal and successfully handing the customer over to our Account Management team.
  • Partner with our Account Management team to grow your shared book of business.
  • This process includesmaintainingprecise andaccurateinformation of contacts, opportunities, and sales activities within the customer relationship management system (HubSpot CRM).
  • Further developa solid understanding of the healthcare industryandRiviaHealth’s value to our customersand become a trusted advisor on the ever-evolvingneeds of our customers.
  • Bringinsights from customer conversations back to theRiviaHealth teamto help further refine the product features and sales messaging.
