Job summary

Ascension, a leading nonprofit health system, is seeking a role in the Dispensary of Hope. The position is remote with a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Central Time, and up to 30% travel.

The role focuses on donor acquisition, supply chain analytics, regulatory compliance, and partner relationship leadership. Responsibilities include building donor proposals, analyzing inventory trends, and coordinating monthly touchpoints with partners to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency with 2 years related experience.
• Progressively responsible experience in sales or account management.
• Ability to present via multiple channels (in-person, email, phone, virtual).
• Strong problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Donor acquisition & sales: build customized proposals & co-develop sales materials to grow the donor network.
• Supply chain & analytics: analyze inventory trends to maintain adequate medication supplies and produce donor reports.
• Regulatory & compliance: monitor and adapt to safety regulations in healthcare supply chain.
• Relationship management & leadership: lead donor touchpoints and evaluate partner needs.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Donor Acquisition & Sales: Build customized proposals, co-develop sales materials to grow the manufacturer donor network.
• Supply Chain & Analytics: Analyze inventory trends to maintain adequate medication supplies and produce monthly/annual donor performance reports.
• Regulatory & Compliance: Monitor and adapt to changing healthcare supply chain safety regulations.
• Relationship Management & Leadership: Lead monthly/quarterly donor touchpoints, and evaluate partner needs.

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
• None Required.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

• Self-starter who can recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities as presented.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in an ever-changing, entrepreneurial, work environment.
• Effectively communicates via emails, phone-calls, on-site presentations, and virtual presentations.
• Exhibits strong cognitive skills including problem-solving, decision-making, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Experience in account management, sales, marketing or pharmaceutical lead generation.
