This seasoned and results‑driven sales leader has a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving strategic growth in the fire protection, security, and communication systems sector. With deep industry knowledge, technical expertise, and a consultative approach to client engagement, this individual possesses excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of integrity. The candidate is a subject‑matter expert in at least one FireTron discipline (alarm, sprinkler, integrated tech, etc.) and is proficient in all applicable FireTron internal software systems and processes. They are capable of targeting and managing high‑value customers and are skilled at navigating challenging environments and overcoming obstacles. FireTron's mission is to provide solutions that meet customers’ needs with the utmost professionalism while upholding the company's core values of Commitment, Integrity, Quality, and Value.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully close sales and/or service orders, prepare comprehensive booking packages, and coordinate distribution to relevant stakeholders
Contract Management

Ensure contract verbiage is accurate, aligns with proposed and estimated scope and price, and supports FireTron's best interests. Negotiate unfavorable or inaccurate scope and terms with support from peers.

Marketing Participation

Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, customer appreciation events, networking events, and other marketing‑sales related events. Actively utilize these opportunities to prospect new customer opportunities, expand customer relationships, engage with participants, and promote FireTron's products and services. Establish follow‑up activities to re‑engage participants and strengthen relationships.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer and team interactions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to travel within territory or region for customer needs or company training events
Hours & Workspace

Typical in‑office working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility as determined by the Sales Director. Additional hours are necessary periodically to address customer needs, support fluctuating/seasonal workload, build relationships, and win more business, regardless of day of week or time of day.
