Job summary

CareerNerds, LLC is seeking bold sales professionals to bring wireless products and services to market from a territory in the Phoenix area. The role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will own the full sales cycle, including cold calling, networking, and presenting proposals while leveraging Salesforce CRM. A strong track record in B2B sales and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred, with clear opportunities for growth and compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience with verifiable new customer acquisition in a quota-driven environment.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills with proposals and pricing quotes.

Responsibilities

• Target businesses and recommend wireless solutions by suggesting service plans, data and other enhanced services, and successfully negotiate and close business.
• Prospect a generous area to maximize hunting for new business clients.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking.
• Devise creative and effective sales approaches to negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with leadership and internal partners to provide the best customer service and sales experiences.
• Fully utilize Salesforce for funnel management and reporting of activities and forecasting.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for fearless cold callers who can combine intense self-motivation with well-developed time-management skills.
• You should also have proven track record of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a quota driven business environment is key
• Effective negotiators and closers wanted If you’ve got experience preparing, delivering and following up on proposals and pricing quotes, you’re someone we want to talk to!
• Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
• Proficient using a computer, typing, using Outlook, and solid business writing skills
• Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is a huge plus
