Job summary

OnBase Group is hiring a Resident Sales Associate for our Jersey City, NJ office. You will drive new client outreach, manage active accounts, and deliver top-tier service with a monthly sales target of $100K. The role requires 2–5 years in resident sales (medical device/pharma preferred) and Salesforce experience.

Base salary is $70,000 plus commission (5% on new clients, 4% on recurring/dormant accounts) and comprehensive benefits. In-office, 5 days per week with opportunities for advancement.
