Four months ago, we hired our first AEs in London and New York. Since then, they’ve closed over $400,000 in ARR by engaging with current customers and helping them expand Fyxer AI across their businesses.

Now, we’re scaling. You’ll join us as one of our first 40 employees at a fast-growing Series A AI company, with the chance to have a real impact on our revenue, our customers, and the future of how people work.

What We’re Building and How It’s Going

Fyxer AI launched in May 2024. We hit $1M in revenue across 3,000 paid users without spending a dollar on marketing. Then things took off.

We’ve grown from $1M to $10M in ARR in five months and we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hybrid sales role with a warm start. You’ll work across:

  • Expansion: Speak to existing users and identify new use cases, upsell opportunities, and pathways to org-wide adoption
  • New Business: Work inbound leads from customers already engaging with our product
  • Targeted Outreach: Reach out to high-potential customers in our ecosystem

You’ll be backed by a strong marketing, product, and CS motion. We’ve built an engine to fill your calendar but you’ll also proactively identify and grow opportunities.

You’ll run the full sales process: qualifying interest, scoping use cases, handling objections, collaborating with product and CS, and closing deals.

What You Bring
  • 3-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or commercial roles
  • Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process end-to-end
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Startup-ready: adaptable, fast-moving, and hands-on
  • A genuine interest in AI and the future of work
The Basics
  • Title: Account Executive
  • Location: East Coast US (remote-friendly)
  • Compensation: $100K base / $200K OTE (plus equity, depending on location)
  • Travel: Occasional for enterprise customers
