What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales: Present and sell CCS’s top-tier services to both new and existing clients.
  • Build Relationships: Prospect, engage, and nurture strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide impactful solutions.
  • Exceed Targets: Reach and exceed sales goals on a regular basis, and be rewarded for your success!
  • Be the Expert: Stay ahead of industry trends and CCS offerings, offering tailored solutions that make a difference.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with your team and management to keep clients in the loop and help solve their unique workforce challenges.
  • Outside Sales: Spend 2-3 days per week conducting field sales, building relationships, and meeting clients face-to-face to drive new business.

  • Proven Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM platforms and an ability to track and manage client information efficiently.
  • People Skills: A natural ability to build rapport with clients and develop long-lasting relationships.
  • Negotiation Pro: Strong negotiation skills with a drive to close deals successfully.
  • Self-Starter: Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and competitive with a passion for success.
