Job Description

We are hiring an Account Executive to work with our growing Mount Pleasant, PA office. JSfirm.com has been in business for over 20 years. We offer an awesome place to work, full benefits, matching 401K, a great team of people, minimum travel to cool places, and great clients to work with.

The primary responsibility will be managing aviation companies that need to hire people by presenting our online job advertisement solutions.

Training: Length of in-house training program will be based on individual’s experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key personnel in customer accounts.
• Cultivate leads and maximize the efforts of the marketing team.
• Identify opportunities to grow business in key accounts.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Work as part of a team and deliver world-class customer service.

Qualifications:

• Account management or previous sales experience/training is a plus.
• Ability to communicate, present to, and influence decision makers.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
