Job summary

Humdinger is seeking an Account Executive to partner with a roster of technology clients. You will lead large-scale projects from concept to execution, solving business challenges and coordinating with clients, creatives, and leadership teams.

The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented, serving as a central knowledge base and ensuring quality deliverables. This role is on-site Monday through Thursday in North Loop, with work-from-home Fridays.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years experience in account management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
  • Willing to work on-site Mon–Thu with remote Fridays.

Humdinger is seeking a talented Account Executive to partner hand-in-hand with our client roster of technology pioneers. Innovation requires coordination, and this position will be at the heart of everything happening at a key player in client success at Humdinger. You must be ready and excited We’re in search of someone ready to lead large-scale projects from concept to execution, creatively solve business challenges, and be a trusted partner with our clients, creatives, and leadership teams.

The ideal AE is proactive, forward-thinking, and a ready to adapt when challenges are thrown our way. You’ll act as a central knowledge base, communicating and documenting project information, elegantly handle competing priorities and quick turnaround times, and help us maintain the utmost quality of work and attention to detail in every single deliverable that leaves the building. More than anything, we’re looking for a fun, sharp, and enthusiastic individual who’s eager to create amazing work for some of the coolest and most established tech companies around the world.

Key Duties
  • Lead and develop project timelines across clients, projects, and design teams, always ensuring that internal project tracking stays up-to-date and clients are always informed
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to a quality that always exceeds expectations
  • Act as central knowledge base, communicating relevant project information and providing clear direction on team deliverables, expectations, and timing
  • Provide quality control by ensuring each deliverable is thoroughly reviewed and completed at the highest caliber, following brand guidelines, and ahead of schedule
  • Lead client conversations, anticipating their needs and creating relationships built on trust and a drive for our shared success
  • Assist in the management of the online presence of key clients, leading content creation, publishing, and reporting and analytics to help drive continuous improvement
Requirements
  • 2-4 years experience in account management. We’re seeking someone eager to learn and grow, but who will be confident in the role from day one
  • Ability to motivate, support, and understand our partners and team members, effectively communicating goals, status, and needs
  • Ability to create an efficient, effective project plan, prioritize deliverables and resources, and negotiate around hurdles as they arise
  • Strong & confident communication skills paired with razor-sharp spelling and grammar
  • Experience with common design tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Experience with emerging technologies, such as staying up on the latest AI tools and trends, 3D design, and animation, a plus.
  • Position is on-site Mon - Thurs in North Loop studio. WFH Fridays.
