We're looking for a driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team at Invista Home, a leader in residential roofing solutions across 19 states. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll work with warm, pre-qualified leads — no cold calling required — and help homeowners find the right solution for their roofing needs.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a pipeline of warm & hot inbound & outbound leads — no cold prospecting
• Conduct in-office consultations to close deals
• Build strong relationships with homeowners and guide them through the project process
• Collaborate with project managers and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals to unlock weekly and monthly bonuses.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of sales experience (home services/roofing a plus, but not required)

• Must be able to work in-office in Sherman Oaks
