Position
Account Executive
Summary
A real estate investment company is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Executive to lead property acquisitions and oversee development projects. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy as we prepare for significant business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring experience in real estate investment, project oversight, and contractor coordination.
Identify and evaluate property acquisition opportunities.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
Negotiate purchase agreements and build industry relationships.
Develop acquisition proposals and exit strategies.
Manage full project lifecycle including budgeting, permitting, and scheduling.
Hire and manage contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with zoning and building regulations.
Prepare offer memorandums and marketing materials for asset sales.
Coordinate with brokers, buyers, and stakeholders for smooth transactions.
Provide regular updates on project status and financial performance.
Working Hours, Working style
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary/Benefit
$40,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)+Comission

Qualifications
Knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets is preffered.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and underwriting skills.
Experience in acquisitions, development, or investment management (preferred).
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage contractors and construction schedules.
High attention to detail and professionalism.
Real estate license is a plus.
Willingness to travel for site visits and due diligence.
Ability to prepare documents and participate in meetings in Japanese.
Ability to negotiate and conduct business meetings in English.
