Job summary

Cadre Family Companies' Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care team is seeking an Account Executive who will connect patients and families with hospice services. You will shine a spotlight on Inspire Hospice by building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations that support patients.

The role emphasizes dependability, compassion, and collaboration across departments, with opportunities to grow your career while helping communities access compassionate end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient in basic business software and computers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen relationships with potential referral sources.
• Connect with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• Build strong community partnerships that increase awareness of Inspire Hospice's services.
• Serve as a trusted representative of Inspire throughout the local community.

About the Role

As an Account Executive , you'll be at the heart of our mission to connect patients and families with exceptional hospice and palliative care. You'll help shine a spotlight on Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care by building meaningful relationships throughout the community and connecting with healthcare professionals and organizations that support patients and families.

Whether working directly with patients, supporting operations, or partnering across departments, you'll have the opportunity to contribute in meaningful ways while continuing to grow your career.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and strengthen relationships with potential referral sources.
• Connect with physicians, hospital discharge planners, social workers, and leaders of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities.
• Build strong community partnerships that increase awareness of Inspire Hospice's services.
• Serve as a trusted representative of Inspire throughout the local community.

Develop Business Opportunities

• Scout and develop new business territories.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
• Support sales and marketing strategies designed to expand awareness of Inspire's hospice services.
• Help connect patients and families with the hospice programs and services they need.

Represent Inspire in the Community

• Promote awareness of Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care and the services we provide.
• Develop relationships with community resources that support seniors and individuals facing chronic or terminal illness.
• Help educate referral sources and community partners about hospice services and available resources.
• Represent Inspire with professionalism, compassion, and a strong commitment to patient care.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare experience is required.
• Experience in hospice, home health, post-acute care, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with impressive follow-through.
• Familiarity with local senior support resources, advanced directives, and challenges faced by chronically or terminally ill patients and families.
• Proficient in fundamental computer skills and knowledge of basic business software.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in business, marketing, or nursing is a plus.
