Job summary

Prudential Overall Supply in Heath, OH, is seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business in our Cleanroom Services division. This hunter role focuses on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries.

You will manage a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and CRM tools, with a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of outside B2B sales (hunter role required).
• Proven success in new account acquisition.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, medical device, semiconductor, aerospace, or manufacturing industries.
• Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and generating your own pipeline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel up to 50%.

Prudential Overall Supply is hiring a driven Account Executive to grow new business within our Cleanroom Services division. This is a hunter role focused on prospecting, closing, and building long-term B2B relationships in high-value, technical industries.

What We’re Looking For
