Conner Strong & Buckelew is seeking a Major Accounts professional responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships on an assigned book of business. Grow existing book through new lines of coverage and opportunities, and provide risk management expertise to clients while directing the account service team.
The role requires leadership to the team, effective consultation with client decision makers, and managing the insurance renewal process end-to-end.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining overall Client relationships on assigned book of business. Grow existing book of business through new lines of coverage and new business opportunities. Provide Risk Management expertise to Clients and provide direction and leadership to account Service Team.
Salary for this position ranges from $125,000.00 - $200,000.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.

Office environment with moderate noise level; able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong offices and Client work sites as needed.
