Conner Strong & Buckelew in New Jersey is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead and grow a book of business. You will manage client relationships, provide risk management guidance, and coordinate the service team to deliver multi-line property and casualty solutions for Real Estate and Construction clients, including renewal and marketing processes.

Responsible for establishing and maintaining overall Client relationships on assigned book of business. Grow existing book of business through new lines of coverage and new business opportunities. Provide Risk Management expertise to Clients and provide direction and leadership to account Service Team. Leverage expertise servicing clients in the Real Estate and Construction industries.
Salary for this position ranges from $125,000.00 - $200,000.00. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.

Office environment with moderate noise level; able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong offices and Client work sites as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without Company sponsorship.
