What You'll Be Selling

A mature PPM platform designed for organizations managing 100+ projects simultaneously—initiatives like IT transformations, post-merger integrations, and regulatory readiness. Unlike collaboration tools like Smartsheet or Monday.com, this platform focuses on portfolio-level execution, enabling clients to align initiatives with business goals.

The Role

As an Account Executive, you’ll run full-cycle sales. You’ll help shape outbound strategy, while also acting as a team lead and right-hand to the CRO.

Key Details

  • Quota: $650K in new bookings
  • Deal size: $10K–$100K
  • Sales cycle: 30–60 days
  • Partner-supported SQLs + marketing-generated leads
  • Opportunity to step into a future player/coach role

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of closing experience in SaaS
  • Direct experience selling project management or work collaboration software
  • Strong outbound sales mentality – grit, drive, and execution focus
  • Strategic thinker who’s comfortable partnering closely with executive leadership
  • Bonus: player/coach background or aspirations to step into leadership

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $70K+
  • OTE: $150K+ (Uncapped)
