Are you a natural connector with a passion for building relationships, closing deals, and crafting incredible client experiences? Meritage Events is growing — and we’re looking for a Dallas-based Account Executive to help us expand our footprint locally and nationally.

This role is perfect for someone who knows the hospitality world, understands hotel sourcing inside and out, and thrives in client-facing environments. You’ll work remotely from home, but we’re looking for someone active in the Dallas-Fort Worth market who’s ready to get out, build relationships, and drive business development for meetings, events, and incentive travel programs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead hotel sourcing and event sales for corporate clients in Dallas and across the U.S.
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Pitch creative, high-touch event solutions that align with brand goals
  • Respond to RFPs, create proposals (Canva experience a plus), and guide deals from intro to contract
  • Collaborate with our production team to ensure seamless handoffs and happy clients
  • Stay on top of local venues, trends, and industry happenings (and actually enjoy doing it)

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or hotel sourcing
  • Deep knowledge of hotels and venues in DFW and/or key national markets
  • Strong communication and follow-through — you’re proactive, responsive, and client-first
  • Self-starter who thrives working independently and loves being out in the field
  • Bonus points if you’re already plugged into Dallas’s corporate scene or meeting planner circles
