Job description

It is our mission to be an integral part of our clients’ litigation process by delivering unsurpassed value, innovative solutions, and technology with best-in-class service and data security. As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining existing and developing new relationships with law firms and attorneys to drive revenue and sales growth exceeding your goals.

This position is fully remote but requires onsite visits with clients, attendance at industry events, etc., as necessary.

What you'll do :

  • Sell deposition services and technologies to new and existing clients
  • Host virtual and onsite presentations to demonstrate Veritext products and solutions
  • Anticipate clients’ needs and concerns; find solutions beneficial to all parties
  • Track all sales activities via Salesforce, including call reports, work plans, opportunities, and territory analyses
  • Maintain knowledge of Veritext products, services, policies, and practices; provide feedback to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with excellent service throughout the sales cycle

Who you are :

  • 2+ years of sales and/or marketing services experience (paralegal experience considered)
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and creative; capable of developing and executing sales strategies
  • Proven success in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical and analytical skills; eager to learn new technology
  • Effective presenter able to demonstrate products in a user-friendly manner
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Professional, timely, and courteous
