Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to join our dynamic team in Lehi, UT and Atlanta, GA. This role will focus on closing contract engineering deals and driving new business opportunities in the technology and small parcel supply chain sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with our President to expand our client base and contribute significantly to the company's growth.

What you will be doing:
Business Development and Sales
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the technology and small parcel 3PL sectors
- Cultivate a robust network of industry contacts to generate leads and close high-value deals
- Employ a hunter mentality to proactively seek out and secure new business opportunities
- Utilize the challenger sales model to provide insights, challenge client assumptions, and offer tailored solutions

Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential and existing client organizations
- Deliver persuasive, customized presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of our logistics solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring long-term customer success

Industry Expertise
- Leverage extensive experience in the small parcel space to address client needs effectively
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitive developments to adjust sales strategies
- Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions to complex supply chain challenges

What you should have:
- Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in the technology and small parcel logistics industry
- Extensive network of contacts within the small parcel and eCommerce logistics sectors
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and exceed sales targets consistently
- Strong understanding of eCommerce logistics and the unique challenges faced by technology-driven 3PL providers
- Experience with and enthusiasm for the challenger sales model
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
