Job summary

Cesfl in Alpharetta, GA, seeks an Account Executive / Broker Assistant to support wholesale brokerage operations across the full insurance lifecycle, from submissions and marketing through binding, policy issuance, and servicing.

You will handle policy documentation, assist with quotes, manage renewals, coordinate with carriers and retail agents, and keep files compliant. A strong eye for detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of insurance experience in wholesale brokerage or related areas.
• Strong understanding of E&S or commercial lines products and processes.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process binders, endorsements, policies, certificates with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist brokers with quote preparation, submissions, and carrier communications.
• Manage policy servicing throughout term, including renewals and cancellations.
• Coordinate with retail agents, carriers, and internal teams for smooth transactions.
• Maintain organized files and ensure underwriting/documentation compliance.
• Support brokers with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
