Account Director - Utilities (Remote - US)

Join our team as an Account Director - Utilities in the United States. This role involves leading business development and account growth within the utilities sector, engaging with senior decision-makers, and delivering insights-driven solutions. You will collaborate with product, sales, and industry teams to provide data, consulting, and customer experience services that create measurable impact. This is a client-facing position with high visibility, ideal for a confident communicator with strong industry knowledge. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the utilities space while achieving revenue targets and strengthening client relationships.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business development and revenue growth within assigned Utilities accounts
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level client relationships (VP, SVP, C-suite)
  • Manage a pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce to support quarterly and annual goals
  • Align client needs with services including data analytics, benchmarking, consulting, and certification
  • Lead contract renewals and consultative solution sales
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build account strategies and client-specific plans
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and utilities-related events
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of consultative or enterprise sales experience with proven success in meeting quotas
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Background in data analytics or consulting, preferably in the Utilities industry
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell to C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
