Vice President, Talent Acquisition at MikeWorldWide (MWW)
MikeWorldWide (MWW) is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Account Director to support a high-profile client in the energy sector. This role blends performance marketing execution with day-to-day client relationship management. Ideal candidates will bring experience overseeing integrated paid media campaigns, coordinating internal teams, and presenting insights and strategy recommendations directly to clients. The position requires strong media fluency, cross-functional project coordination skills, and a passion for delivering thoughtful, results-driven client service.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (NYC) | East Coast Required (Must work EST hours) Candidate must live in one of the following states due to client travel obligations (Quarterly):
Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida (Required)
Key Responsibilities
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, building strong relationships based on responsiveness, trust, and strategic insight.
- Lead the internal coordination of deliverables across media, creative, and analytics teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, lead client calls, recap next steps, and manage approvals across campaign cycles.
- Own internal documentation and campaign project tracking to ensure visibility into scopes, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Deliver bi-annual stakeholder presentations, inclusive of reporting results and strategic forward-looking recommendations.
- Partner with media planners and analytics teams to help translate business objectives into actionable paid media plans across programmatic, traditional mediums (linear TV/Broadcast), social, display, and video channels.
- Coordinate asset readiness, trafficking documentation, and campaign setup in collaboration with operations teams.
- Maintain familiarity with media KPIs and platform benchmarks to inform optimization recommendations and reporting context.
- Contribute to the development of strategic briefs and creative asset needs that align with channel best practices and performance goals.
Performance Reporting & Technical Support:
- Support reporting workflows in coordination with analytics and media teams, helping translate performance data into client-facing insights.
- QA campaign tracking infrastructure, ensuring consistency across Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and platform dashboards.
- Consolidate and present learnings in monthly and quarterly reports, surfacing trends, challenges, and actionable opportunities.
Budget Oversight & Resourcing:
- Maintain accurate budget documentation and allocation tracking across campaign phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and account leadership to ensure proper staffing across workstreams.
- Ensure documentation of scopes, billing timelines, and resource needs is clear and up to date.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, or client/account services.
- Strong foundation in paid media strategy and execution, with familiarity across major platforms (Paid Social, YouTube, Programmatic, Traditional).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Confidence in communicating with clients and synthesizing technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and media planning/reporting tools.
- Experience in energy/utilities or regulated industries is a plus.
- Candidate must live in one of the following states due to client travel obligations (Quarterly): Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington D.C, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, or Florida (Required)
