About the Role

Monks is hiring for an Account Director.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Director to lead and manage clients, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in growth, team leadership, and strategic account management.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement outbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account potential.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team.
  • Set performance goals and provide regular coaching and feedback.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on results and collaboration.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve outbound sales strategies.
About You
The Essentials:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in outbound business, account management, or business development.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
