Nucleus Global, part of Inizio Medical, is seeking an Account Director to lead a high-profile global medcomms account blending medical affairs and publications. You’ll guide strategic client relationships across regions, delivering traditional and digital communications to drive scientific exchange.

The role offers hybrid/remote UK working with substantial growth opportunities within a large, integrated global team.

Qualifications

• Experience within a medical communications agency, at Senior Account Manager or Account Director level.
• Experience leading both medical affairs and publications programmes for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Strategic client management skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent commercial and financial skills, including budget ownership, forecasting, revenue management and profitability.
• Experience managing large global accounts, with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

• Lead medical affairs programs, including advisory boards, scientific meetings, omnichannel campaigns, digital engagement programmes and other strategic communication activities.
• Partner with scientific, editorial, creative and digital colleagues to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
• Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client partnerships.
• Manage complex project portfolios, deliver programmes on time, within scope and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage financial performance across the account, including forecasting, budgeting, profitability, resource planning and revenue management.

We're looking for an experienced medcomms professional to join our growing Client Services team as an Account Director, leading a high-profile global account that combines medical affairs and publications programmes.

What You'll Do
