Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Account Director to manage the client relationship and deliver on contract objectives within Global Occupier Services. You will align real estate services with client goals across IFM, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Workplace Strategy.

You will lead a team of functional leaders, drive service delivery excellence, and oversee financial performance including P&L and contract expansions, while promoting diversity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years at management level or similar capacity.
  • Experience in directly leading and managing teams.
  • Client, P&L and contract management experience.
  • Experience managing an integrated services account across service lines, incl. IFM, PDS, TM, PA and design.
  • Retail portfolio management experience and ability to drive site growth.

Job TitleAccount DirectorJob Description SummaryThe Account Director is a key role in C&W with responsibility to manage the client relationship while providing exceptional client service and delivering on all aspects of the contract. The Account Director establishes the strategic objectives and goals for the account and directly manages a team of functional leaders with accountability for delivering outstanding results within their areas of responsibility.Manages the day-to-day client relationship of one or more client accounts in a geographic region within Global Occupier Services (GOS) across one or more service lines below:1. Integrated Facility Management (including Engineering, EH&S, Sustainability, Supply Chain Mgt. etc.)2. Project & Development Services3. Transaction Management4. Portfolio Administration5. Portfolio and Workplace StrategyThe Account Director is typically responsible for between one and five million dollars in revenue.This position provides management across all aspects of the accounts including, but not limited to:1.
