Job Summary
A motivated and skilled Strategic Account Director is needed to manage client accounts primarily in the B2B, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit sectors, while also handling clients across various industries. This role focuses on developing effective digital marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with practical execution skills. This position is remote but requires in-person travel in the Boston area for client meetings approximately 15% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, emphasizing B2B, real estate, hospitality, and non-profit sectors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across industries. Manage the implementation of digital marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives to deliver tangible outcomes.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop targeted marketing strategies with expertise in the focus sectors. Create plans utilizing appropriate channels based on industry needs. Stay updated on trends and innovations, and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness. Interpret data to provide clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with specialized teams to ensure successful campaign execution. Participate in strategic planning with internal teams and clients. Support junior team members and coordinate resources for client projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, with a preference for experience in B2B, real estate, hospitality, or non-profit sectors.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategy development, implementation, analytics, and performance measurement.
- Understanding of attribution models and their applications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex strategies to clients.
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization.
- Data literacy and ability to leverage insights for marketing decisions.
