Job Summary

We are recruiting for a remote Account Development Representative on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves driving Microbial Solutions sales in the UK, IRE, and Nordics. Responsibilities include managing the sales process via phone and email, supporting a Regional Account Manager team, and collaborating with the Microbial Solutions Commercial team to meet sales targets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales in the specified region.
  • Be the point of contact for customer inquiries and outbound prospecting.
  • Engage with existing customers and generate new sales opportunities.
  • Lead projects such as dormant account reactivation, product launches, and end-of-life campaigns.
  • Establish and grow customer accounts.
  • Build positive relationships with customers, management, and purchasing contacts.
  • Support territory opportunities and product lifecycle management.
  • Partner with regional Account Managers to achieve sales goals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on product promotions and provide feedback.
  • Address customer concerns and coordinate quality resolutions.
  • Maintain CRM data on sales opportunities, stages, and customer information.
  • Provide pricing, create quotes, and support price renewal processes.
  • Manage client communications.
