Job summary

Lockton Companies LLC is seeking a detailed, organized professional to support client setup, reporting, and data management. You will handle new client setup, RFP data collection, and coordinate with teams on reporting and renewal packages.

The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include tracking action items, auditing reports, inputting premiums, and assisting with stop loss implementation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to protect confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Understands and assists with Monthly Claims Exhibits; as needed.
  • Complete new client set-up including forms, notifying teams, implementing reporting, and building folders.
  • Report back action items from weekly team calls.
  • Participate in trainings and collaboration sessions.
  • Input premiums and reimbursements for previous year into Budget Projection workbook.
  • Track and manage open items including outstanding premium issues and reporting gaps.
  • Audit reporting received post placement.
  • Assist with client questions by investigating and consulting the Manager.
  • Ensure client data is validated and up-to-date (contacts, etc.).
  • Complete Client Information Questionnaire and assist Core team as needed.
  • Review and verify RFP Data Request information for accuracy.
  • Sends RFP to Manager for review before market submission.
  • Update Marketing Tracker with progress.
  • Save and organize RFP responses with proper naming in client folders.
  • Enter carrier responses into Renewal Package, Claims and Premium Experience.
  • Request Clinical Reviews for firm deliverables.
  • Assist with stop loss policy implementation.
