Role Overview
The Account Coordinator supports client account management and internal operations. Reporting to the Account Manager, this role involves client communication, task coordination, and project support across digital marketing campaigns, social media, and administrative activities. This is a remote position working PST hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Account Support:
- Support Account Managers with client deliverables and next steps tracking
- Participate in client calls for note-taking and exposure to client communication
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings and reports
- Maintain internal documentation for team alignment
- Provide administrative support when needed
- Offer flexible support to meet evolving agency needs
- Project & Task Coordination:
- Track project timelines and internal deadlines
- Send reminders about upcoming or overdue tasks
- Ensure briefs and resources are shared timely
- Update task templates and workflows under guidance
- Team Collaboration & Communication:
- Weekly meetings with Account Managers
- Regular check-ins with internal specialists
- Relay feedback to support planning
- Coordinate department hand-offs
- Facilitate cross-functional communication

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years in account coordination, marketing, project management, or related fields
- Remote work experience and ability to work PST hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability and openness to feedback
- Interest in digital marketing and growth in the industry
- Bonus: Familiarity with platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and tools such as Teamwork, Notion, Slack, Google Suite
- Bonus: Experience in copywriting, content creation, or influencer marketing

Compensation

- Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 depending on experience
