Job summary

Green Clean Commercial in the United States is seeking an Account Coordinator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a starting salary of $42,000 to $47,000 per year.

Benefits start after 90 days and include vacation, health, dental, vision, and 401K. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; candidates should be organized, communicative, and capable of using current technology

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Must have strong communication and organization.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain files and records.
• Coordinate staff work schedules.
• Host video and audio conference interviews.
• Meet and greet employees via software.
• Manage employee time records.
• Prepare documents in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Conduct general clerical duties.
• Ensure a professional image in all interactions.
