Job summary

TotalEnergies à Houston recherche un Coordinateur de compte pour opérer dans un environnement orienté service client et supply chain. Vous coordonnerez les commandes clients, la facturation et la documentation tout en assurant précision et conformité.

Le poste nécessite une expérience en service client, logistique ou gestion des commandes, avec une bonne maîtrise des systèmes SAP et des outils Microsoft 365. Poste sur site à Houston et participation aux activités SOX et audits.

Qualifications

• Diplôme universitaire dans un domaine lié ou expérience équivalente.
• Expérience en service client, logistique, chaîne d'approvisionnement, gestion des commandes ou opérations commerciales associées.
• Connaissance des exigences liées à l’expédition, matières dangereuses et import/export préférable.

Responsibilities

• Gérer les commandes clients sur l’ensemble du processus order-to-cash (livraison, facturation, résolution des incidents).
• Réaliser les transactions SAP (traitement des commandes, vérifications de crédit et disponibilité, expédition, facturation, avoirs/avoirs).
• Coordonner les expéditions nationales et internationales avec les transporteurs et les installations.
• Préparer et maintenir la documentation expédition, matières dangereuses, douane et import/export pour conformité.
• Surveiller et réconcilier les stocks entre clients, terminaux, entrepôts et stockage tiers; communiquer les résultats à la Finance.
• Maintenir les données maîtres SAP, les informations tarifaires et les documents commerciaux liés.
• Résoudre les écarts de tarification, quantité, livraison et facturation avec les clients et les parties prenantes.
• Conduire l’intégration client et soutenir la documentation produit, assistance technique, prévisions et planification des stocks.
• Soutenir les audits, tenir des registres et assurer la conformité SOX et des politiques.
• Fournir une couverture transverse et un soutien opérationnel selon les besoins.
• Assurer un service client précis et rapide tout au long du cycle order-to-cash.
• Veiller à l’exactitude des transactions, l’intégrité des stocks et la conformité documentaire.
• Établir des relations efficaces avec les clients et les partenaires pour assurer l’excellence opérationnelle.
• Concilier la demande client avec la disponibilité des produits, la logistique et les priorités financières.
• Soutenir les clôtures mensuelles et le reporting financier.
• Identifier et recommander les meilleures pratiques en processus, qualité des données SAP et prévision.

The Account Coordinator – Operates in a fast-paced customer service and supply chain environment, coordinating across customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements while balancing operational, financial, and compliance objectives. Supports critical month-end close activities requiring accurate transaction processing, inventory reconciliation, shipment documentation, and invoicing.

Activités

• Manage customer orders through the full order-to-cash process, including delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution
• Execute SAP transactions including order processing, credit and availability checks, shipment processing, invoicing, and credit/debit memos.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers, railroads, warehouses, terminals, tolling plants, transload facilities, and plant shipping teams.
• Prepare and maintain shipping, hazardous materials, customs, import/export, and customer documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile inventories across customer, terminal, warehouse, and third-party storage locations; report results to Accounting and Finance.
• Maintain SAP master data, pricing information, and related business records.
• Resolve pricing, quantity, delivery, and invoicing discrepancies with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate customer onboarding and support product documentation, technical assistance, forecasting, inventory planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, maintain records, and ensure compliance with SOX controls and company policies.
• Provide cross-functional backup coverage and operational support as needed.
• Deliver accurate, timely customer service throughout the order-to-cash process.
• Ensure transactional accuracy, inventory integrity, documentation completeness, and regulatory compliance..
• Build effective customer and stakeholder relationships to support service excellence and business objectives.
• Balance customer demand with product availability, logistics capacity, credit, pricing, and operational priorities.
• Support month-end close, audits, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
