OPENLANE is hiring an Account Coordinator for the Assignments Team to manage new accounts, reassign declined assignments, and coordinate with recovery vendors in a fast-paced remote environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review declined assignments and reassign to the recovery vendor.
• Maintain high accuracy and productivity in daily assignments.
• Assign and manage recovery agents; liaise between client and recovery vendor.
• Identify queue issues, escalate when needed, and follow up for resolution.
• Utilize multiple computer systems and Google applications to complete tasks.

We are employee-driven with an environment that creates opportunities for growth and development. ****What We’re Looking For:****The Assignment Team is responsible for all aspects of new accounts including entry into VIPR from integration partners, troubleshooting errors that can occur during the assignment process, assigning all new non-skip accounts to agents including specialty vehicles, and reassigning and/or coordinating additional fees for agent declined accounts. ****You Will:***** Review declined assignments within the skip queue and reassign them to the recovery vendor; or determine if there is a conditional exception.* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity to complete the daily assignment.* Maintain quick assignment turnaround in a high volume and fast-paced environment.* Assign and manage recovery agents as needed.* Work as a liaison between client and recovery vendor within the assigned queue.* Identify issues within the queue as they arise, facilitate a solution, escalate as needed, and follow up to confirm resolution.* Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems, such as the internal operating system, Google applications, third-party vendor systems, and integration partner systems.* Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in all daily activities.* Perform other administrative duties as directed by PAR Management.****Must Have’s:***** High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.* Previous customer service, recovery, collections, or remarketing experience is preferred.**Nice to Have:*** Excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be able to communicate verbally and effectively in writing.* Competent office skills are required.
