Read AI is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Customer Success team in Seattle. You will be the primary contact for routine client support inquiries, manage Zendesk tickets, and assist enterprise clients on live troubleshooting calls.

The Account Coordinator is a key support role within the Customer Success team, focused on delivering exceptional service to clients and internal stakeholders. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, managing support workflows, and contributing to internal projects.
Serve as a primary point of contact for routine client support inquiries, managing and resolving Zendesk tickets and email requests efficiently and professionally, and assisting enterprise customers on live troubleshooting calls.
Opportunity to lead onboarding sessions for smaller workspaces and manage a book of business of Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts.
Pull and prepare client usage reports, analytics, and renewal documentation as requested by Account Managers or leadership.
Work alongside Product to generate support articles and demo videos for new features, and assist with keeping documentation up to date.
Educate users on how to effectively use Read AI, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive support.
Support the planning and execution of CS team projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance support workflows and overall team efficiency.
Take ownership of tasks and ensure they are completed to the highest standard.
1–3 years of experience in a customer support, coordinator, or help desk role, preferably in SaaS or technology. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field may be considered in combination with the experience above.
The annual total cash compensation range is $50,000 - $70,000. However, actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
You’ll be joining a collaborative, high-energy team in Seattle, in the office Tuesday through Thursday.
