Job summary

Lockton Companies LLC in Plano, TX is seeking a detail-oriented client operations associate to support monthly claims exhibits, new client setup, and reporting. This role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and timely processing for multiple client engagements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
  • Ability to attend company, department, and team meetings, including industry training sessions.
  • Ability to protect confidentiality of client and company information.
  • Ability to organize work and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Monthly Claims Exhibits as needed.
  • Complete new client set-up (New Form, notify teams, implement reporting, notify stop loss carrier, build folder).
  • Track and manage open items (premium issues, missing reporting, reimbursements).
  • Engage in scheduled trainings and collaboration sessions.
  • Input premiums and reimbursements for previous year into Budget Projection workbook.
  • Audit reporting received post-placement and ensure data accuracy.
  • Assist with client questions by investigating and confirming with Manager.
  • Ensure client data is validated and up-to-date (contacts, etc.).
  • Complete Client Information Questionnaire based on Strategy calls or send to Core team to complete.
  • Collect and review RFP data; send to Manager for review; update Marketing Tracker.
  • Save RFP responses with proper naming in client folders; enter carrier responses into Renewal Package.

Your Responsibilities


  • Understands and assists with Monthly Claims Exhibits; as needed.

  • Complete new client set-up (New Form, notify teams, implement reporting, notify stop loss carrier, build folder)

  • Responsible for reporting back action items from weekly team calls

  • Engages in regularly scheduled trainings and collaboration sessions

  • Assist with inputting the premium and reimbursements for previous year into Budget Projection workbook

  • Tracks and manages all open items (outstanding premium issues, missing reporting, outstanding reimbursement updates to teams, etc.)

  • Conducts an audit of reporting received post placement

  • Assists with client questions, issues and/or problems by investigating first and then seeking confirmation from Manager

  • Requests Clinical Reviews for firm deliverables

  • Completes Phase 1 of Audits

  • Responsible for completion of 1/1 claims policy reconciliations

  • Participates in various workgroups that push forward practice initiatives
