Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) is seeking an Account Coordinator to execute day-to-day tasks for assigned accounts, maintaining daily contact with customers and serving as the face of NTG to our customer operations teams.
The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage loads, schedules, and TMS/Portals while collaborating with Account Managers and Operations Leads to grow relationships.
The Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution of day-to-day tasks for the accounts assigned to them and their team, maintaining daily contact with our customers and acting as the face of NTG to our customer operations teams.
**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**
Standard office environment, usually indoors away from the elements with moderate noise. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Occasionally, the employee is required to lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday; 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Central Time. An employee in this position must be available to work occasionally on weekends and evenings, during peak periods.
Local travel is required. Out of state travel is limited, but may be required for special training/conferences.
