What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to act as an extension of our sales team.

What You'll Do:
  1. Responsible for understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures used by Katz Media Sales teams
  2. Enter, revise and link both manual and electronic orders, proofing and confirming for detail and accuracy.
  3. Submit code requests, follow through and share info with the team
  4. Work with Account Executives to clear and process sales orders, work discrepancies and collections
  5. Problem solving, isolating the issue, working a solution, follow through and closing the loop with all parties
  6. Timely processing of spot time requests, invoices and contracts
  7. Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps
What You'll Need:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Technical aptitude with knowledge of Salesforce, Wrike, Word, PowerPoint and Veritone a plus
  • Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, creativity and problem solving skills
  • An understanding of media sales or a strong desire to learn about media sales
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
