About the Role

Morning Walk is looking for an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management team. We're more than client managers – we're strategic thinkers, creative problem-solvers, business analysts, and trusted partners who help our clients build meaningful brands and measurable business results.

As an Account Coordinator, you'll help bring integrated marketing campaigns to life by coordinating projects, supporting client relationships, and collaborating across strategy, creative, media, and production teams. You'll play a key role in keeping work organized, teams aligned, and projects moving from kickoff to completion.

The best Account Coordinators are naturally curious, highly organized, and energized by bringing people together to solve problems. They thrive on turning complexity into clarity – anticipating needs, managing details, and helping teams deliver exceptional work for clients.

This is an early-career opportunity for someone eager to learn the agency business from the ground up. Working alongside experienced account leaders, you'll build a strong foundation in client service, project management, campaign operations, and integrated marketing while developing the skills needed to grow into an Account Executive.

What You'll Do
  • Support account teams in managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring projects move seamlessly from kickoff through completion.
  • Coordinate communication across account, strategy, creative, media, production, and external partners to keep teams aligned and projects on track.
  • Help prepare presentations, project updates, and client communications that support successful engagements.
  • Participate in internal and client meetings, contributing ideas and building confidence in client-facing interactions.
Project & Campaign Management
  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and task tracking to ensure deliverables stay on schedule.
  • Support campaign planning, execution, and project coordination across integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate creative asset development, approvals, and delivery across internal teams and media partners.
  • Help monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource needs throughout the project lifecycle.
Campaign Operations
  • Own and manage end-to-end campaign trafficking and digital asset management across paid media channels, including digital, social, and programmatic, coordinating assets, specifications, deadlines, and requirements across creative, media, and external partners to ensure accurate, on-time launches.
  • Conduct thorough QA across campaign assets and placements, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure campaigns meet requirements and launch seamlessly. Compile campaign performance reports using internal dashboards and media partner reporting.
  • Support billing, budget reconciliations, vendor coordination, and agency operations.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and workflows that help teams deliver efficiently and effectively.
Learning & Professional Growth
  • Build a strong understanding of clients' businesses, industries, competitors, and marketing objectives.
  • Develop knowledge of integrated marketing, media channels, agency workflows, and emerging technologies.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance research, organization, content development, and day-to-day productivity while maintaining accuracy, sound judgment, and agency quality standards.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
  • Seek mentorship, feedback, and continuous learning opportunities while developing toward an Account Executive role.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of marketing, advertising, internship, or agency experience preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Monday.com, Workamajig, or similar project management platforms is a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, paid media, social media platforms, and campaign operations is preferred.
  • Comfort using AI-powered tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms) to improve efficiency, research, organization, and collaboration.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, initiative, and a desire to build a career in a collaborative agency environment.
