As an Account Coordinator, participates in supporting the oversight and management of client accounts and projects on behalf of the Company. An Account Coordinator takes all appropriate and necessary actions to ensure clients regard Impact XM in high esteem and have significant confidence in the support provided.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Desired Characteristics:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; and 0-2 years’ experience in a similar role and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from Company employees and managers, customers and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand for long periods of time; walk long distances; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and /or move up to 10 pounds.
