ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services across the vehicle lifecycle. In the Account Consultant role, you will provide concierge level service to assigned clients, striving to continuously exceed service expectations for our Drive Away service line.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm

Remote

Pay: $52,000 - $62,000 based on experience

Qualifications

• Two years general business experience with one year direct customer contact and account management.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients/customers.
• Conduct reviews to identify changes which occur within client/customer organizations that may impact ACERTUS business operations and communicate those items to management as needed.
• Maintain awareness of customer activities, recognizing when additional or new services may assist customers in achieving their business objectives.
• Work closely with the operations team in preparation and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly customer status reports.
• Provide timely feedback to management regarding service failures with potential solutions to correct situations.
• Receive and answer calls from clients/customers ensuring problems are resolved; conduct follow up tasks as required.
• Work with team members to develop solutions that are effective on a long term basis.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing professional networks, and benchmarking state of the art practices.

What will you be doing?
