State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company is seeking an Account Associate to join an Agent Team Member in Indianapolis. This role focuses on helping clients understand insurance options and delivering value-based conversations with a focus on exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable presenting to customers, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams

Compensation $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
